I received Jesus as Lord and Savior before I entered in the Navy. Scared and unsure of the future I put myself into His hands. I would like to say it was easy sailing from there but it was not. I struggled through my time in the Navy and for the first years after being discharged. I really did not get to know Jesus fully until some time after.

During Navy boot camp myself and a few others were asked to join the Jewish Choir (my religious upbringing was Catholic). I had nothing better to do on Friday night and the chance to leave barracks for a few hours apealed to me. What I found was love. These people did not care if I was Jewish or not, they accepted me for who I was, one of God's creation. I did not find a group of people like that until my uncle became born again and witnessed to me and my mom. I decided to attend the church he was going to and found that same love freely given no matter who I was or what my past was about. It was then that I rededicated myself to Christ and sought a closer relationship with Him.

I met my wife through a para church organization called, "Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship." We knew each other from high school, she was my best friend's girl. Some years after high school we met again for the first time, it was then we knew that we were meant to be together. Now we have three wonderful children and all of us Praise and Worship God for everything He has done.
